P67X-UD3-B3 No Power

Hi,
I recently replaced several things in my three year old computer.  I replaced the motherboard, memory, CPU, and graphics card.  I kept all other parts like the computer case, power supply, hard drive, and DVD/CD drive.  After removing those four parts and installing the new ones I connected everything back up and went to turn on my computer but there was no power, except for a blue light that turned on inside the case for a split second (it looked like the CPU Fan).

I used my computer with the old parts today so I know everything like the PSU and such was working before I installed the new stuff.

My computer specs are:
Motherbord: P67X-UD3-B3
CPU: Intel i5 2500k
Memory: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Graphics card: Geforce 570
PSU: 750W PC Power and Cooling

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.

I would say it is one of two possibilities. Firstly you have a short to the chassis maybe through a previous post for your old motherboard that you have forgotten to remove or the CMOS needs clearing. Try this first:

Remove the power cable from the mains supply and then press the power switch on the case for a few seconds just to drain any residual energy in the PSU capacitors.

Once done remove the motherboard battery for at least fifteen minutes before replacing it.
 
Next plug back into the mains supply and boot.
 
You will now need to enter the BIOS by pressing DEL and load Optimised BIOS Defaults.

Make any other changes to the BIOS settings to suit your self like disabling the floppy drive, disabling the full screen logo and making the HDD the primary boot device and then press F10 to save and exit.

Thanks for your help.  Unfortunately I had no luck, I disconnected the power cable from the back of the power supply and held down the power button for several minutes.  I then removed the battery on the motherboard for over 15 minutes and then put the batter back in and hooked everything back up but still no power except for the CPU fan light that goes on for a brief moment.

I took out the motherboard and made sure the standoffs under the motherboard were installed correctly and in the right spots.  I also tried to turn the computer on without the graphics card and switched out each memory stick but it's still not starting at all.  Could this be a defective motherboard?

At the moment this could be an awful lot of things and we need to try and narrow it down a bit.

The next thing is to remove the motherboard from the case and test it on the workbench.

Make sure that you observe anti-static precautions.

Lay some cardboard or use the motherboard box that is non-conductive on the worktop and remove the motherboard/CPU/heatsink/fan/buzzer/one stick of memory and PSU from the case and put it on the cardboard.

Add the keyboard and now I know you haven't got any graphics but try and boot. The system should try and then fail emitting a series of beeps. Please post what sounds it makes.

How am I suppose to turn it on without the power switch on the case?  I thought you needed to configure something in the BIOS to start the computer from the keyboard?

I thought that tyhe motherboard had a power switch on it but after checking it appears that it doesn't so you will have to use a small screwdriver to short out the power switch connections on the motherboard's F_PANEL which is situated at the bottom right of the motherboard. See here:
