No Internet connection GA-Z68UD3H-B3

Hello i have built a new pc with the GA z68x ud3h b3 but i cant get connection to internet .I have not used the microsoft uppdate and drivers are straight from det cd that came with moterboard. The driver for the Realtek pci-e GBE Family controller is version 5,782.1142011 .I have another pc with a gigabyte eg-45m-ds2h motherboard and this is working fine and connect to internet. I have the same settings on the network adapters in both pc .Is it possible that my new z68 board has a defect lan port?

  Hi Rolf,

Sometimes when my network card or my network port does not work, I go to System Properties, Device Manager and I uninstall everything networks.

When you reboot, go back to Windows and it should detect new devices.

Try to see and give a news.

Otherwise, before check the Bios LAN Options.

Hi

Make sure that you have installed the LAN drivers as they are seperate from the rest of the chipset drivers.

Thanks guys I hawe fixed it now. Here is why!!! I called my isp provider and they told me that i have connected 3 pc trough my cable and that is why it is not possible to connect. I have had some older pc connected earlier and my isp only allow 3 connections .They said that i could get one more connection and then a was online instantly  So all my work 3 days! with reinstalling different os and drivers was totally useless. Another thing is that i also tryed to call the isp provider yesterday and the guy i talked to then told me that it was on my pc the fault was   so hi did not manage his work very vell The guy i called today told me he imidiatly see the problem and fixed it in seconds .
Hope this can help anyone with same problem.

Often it is this sort of problem that makes things difficult, just because someone doesn't know his job. Anyway at least it is sorted out now.
