Sorry for the delay in replying and the lack of updates. The problem for me was solved by replacing the memory sticks. Looks like the whole batch was faulty (all 3 of them), or had any compatibility issues with the mainboard.

Anyways, sending these sticks back on RMA solved the problem for me.

Yikes that's a tremendous amount of bad luck! Very difficult to trouble shoot when you are sure at least 1 of the ram modules had to be working properly.

For me, the solve was replacing the Power Supply. I had an Antec 550. Now i have a Corsair 750 and its running awesome.
I almost got scared at first because it took about 10 seconds to get to the "bip". Glad i waited rather than go nuts thinking is not the power.
Oh, and wanna hear the good news? The Windows 7 64-bit Pro that i had installed on previous system is running on this one too... Time saver.
