No, if it works there...leave it....IDE is correct also , there no gains I know about with ACHI for Optical drives. this should free up some resources on the Intel controller helping performance some what!

No certainly do not move it back to the Intel ports. It will perform fine on the Marvell port.

Are you targeting/highlighting just the BIOS file to use....some just choose multiple files out of the unpacked content.....this will produce a "FAIL"

Just the one that states "X58AUD3R.FG1"  this is assuming you have the version 2 board, always make sure you download the exact model and version

Hi

The file looks correct to me but obviously I can't run it. Have you tried updating as specified using @BIOS or FLASHSPI.exe ?

Hello again i have some new info with some tests i made, first of all i have flash it via @BIOS to latest FG that program gave me it have one option called EFI they told me to leave it auto, anyway.

System Memory Multiplier (SPD) (12.0)
memory frequency mhz 1600

Performance Enhance (Standard) First time i set it like this. i had it on turbo

and in the second page i set dram voltage to 1.66 didnt have 1,65 .. its the same .. i think

tell me if i must set manual and qpi or somethink else

by the way, my computer now runs more faster its very fast i dont know why.
