Have you tested with the defaults BIOS parameters ?

Run fine , low power / temperature for memory sticks ( for me 40 ° but with XMP 60° !! )

Hello Pierre, yes i have try its all ok with default settings, and yes lower temp without xmp

*
what performance enhance to choose? standard, turbo, extreme ?

*

and something else, every time that i change an option for example voltage i must load optimized default clear cmos then restart and then configure them all again? or not and just change somethink/save and exit.

On the face of it they look ok to me. I would probably not have the Turbo enabled but it is a matter of choice.
