Memory Compatible?

Hello! A friend suggested I check here to verify that this memory will be compatible with my motherboard before I purchase it, so here I am. Please let me know definitively, one way or the other. This RAM isn't specifically listed on my list of compatible RAM, but the list says it may not list them all. Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE P55A-UD4P (rev. 1.0)
CPU: Intel i7 860

Yes the memory is listed as compatible for this motherboard so you should be fine.
