MA785GMT-UD2H mother board settings please!!!!

MA785GMT-UD2H mother board settings please!!!!

 I need to know what are good settings in the bios as i find my system kinda slow and should be faster!!!! Am i missing something like haveing 2 sata drives i have them as ide in the bios and any other settings that are important i should change?
