GA-P55-USB3 WONT BOOT WHEN PCI-EXPRESS CARD IS CONNECT

hi gang happy to have found this site like the title say i have a GA-P55-USB3 who is working find

i have buy a pci-express gigabit ethernet card but when i plug the card the pc wont boot it start and stop almost immediatly and restart wont stop until i remove the card and then it will start

 i write to the manfacturer they said probably I/O address conflict anyone have an idea to resolve this ... thanks

  Me tinks you mite have too supplie the detales of the PCI card to go anywhere my friend!.....from what you describe.......sounds like the PC is trying to boot off it .........more information please!.....lots more!.......I'll do my best in English as my French is even worse!

  Well this is one thing I found....(Note 3) When the PCIEX1_2 slot is populated with an expansion card, the PCIEX4_X1 slot will operate at up to x1 mode. ......More to the point..........which port/s are you trying to populate ?

i have try it but not working i have contact the manufacturer and they said to me it is most likely  an I/O address conflict
