I am not personally familiar with the power supply in question but it has some good write ups. Of coursae it could be the best in the world and still be faulty. I would still put my money on the PSU.
RMA all the memory as it is a matched kit. When you get it back ypu can try it out and see if you still have the problem before purchasing a new PSU although that may also stil be under warranty.
If you do have to buy another PSU make sure that you get a good one like Corsair, Enermax, Gigabyte, Seasonic, Thermaltake etc and preferably with a single 12v rail.
