It probably is a BIOS issue and i have the same board and do at some point want to OC to 4.7 Ghz... I am guessing because the board is new, an update in the future to the firmware will sort this. Fingers crossed.

I am sure there wil be many BIOS updates to come and hopefully one of them should fix this issue. ;)

No I haven't, I did find someone else withn the same motherboard with the exact same issue.

Lets see if Gigabyte release a working bios to fix this issue.

It's like buying a ferrari and sticking to the speed limit  :'(

I have updated to the F6D bios and there is no change, still running at 46 multi.

I am going to contact the suplpier tomorrow and ask if I can return it and go for an Asus board.
