I'm using this mb as a basis to build some cad systems for our engineers.  I've built about a half dozen so far but in that few number I've had 2 mb come in bad, displaying the same issue.

Here is the build, then what is occuring

Case - COOLER MASTER Storm Sniper
Power Supply - CORSAIR Professional Series HX750
Video - ATI 100-505604 FirePro V7800 2GB 256-bit GDDR5
Motherboard - Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3
CPU - Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz
RAM (x2 = 16Gb total) -CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3
Hard Drive - Western Digital VelociRaptor WD6000HLHX 600GB 10000 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s
Blu-ray Burner - LITE-ON Blu-ray Burner with 3D Playback SATA iHBS212-08 LightScribe Support

-----

What happens is you press the power button and everything starts, the on-board diagnostic light light up and then it reboots, before you even get the BIOS screen.  I replace the mb and this takes care of it using all the same components otherwise.  However considering what I consider to be a high incidence due to the few systems I've built I wonder if others have experienced a similar issue and a desire to make Gigabyte aware of a possible issue with their process.

I have problems with LAN as does a few others...taking 64 seconds too connect to router, if reinstall driver its instant for few hours and reboots...then it starts again..

Bios reports wrong firmware
memory reports as 1333Mhz in windows
CPU-Z. HWMonitor and ET6 can read actual Vcore voltage
cant change Vcore directly in BIOS
BIOS only shows one firmware and not two for backup/main
LAN screws up after few hours

i'd say they have problems... gigabyte also ignoring my emails ive sent 2-3 days ago..
