GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 BSOD F4

Hi all, I have a fairly fresh install of system running Win7 x64. Having occasional STOP F4 errors with no minidump logged. Happens very randomly and not replicable at will. Last night ran Everest system stability test for 11.5 hours with no problems or overheating. Later that day, I double-clicked on an icon and BSOD. Latest drivers are installed. Specs are:

Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD7-B3
Intel Core i7 2600K
Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
Corsair CMP8GX3M4A1600C8 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3
2 x EVGA 460 GTX (sli)
Antec High Current Gamer 900W Power Supply HCG-900
2 x OCZ Agility 3 60GB SSD 2.5" (striped off intel raid)
2 x Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST31000524AS (mirrored off marvell raid)
Soundblaster XiFi extreme gamer

Everything is stock. I suspect either the 2 striped OCZ Agility SSD's, or the RAM.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

 Hay Porker.....how's it goin!

  I'm still not totally convinced as to Marvell being totally fixed.....even on the 68 boards, especially when pushed with raid and such......but to be fair I think you have a memory issue......usual drill.........Memtest......10 passes..........one stick at a time in your boards slot one.

  Memory can get through a lot of third party test suits......but nothing gets past Memtest

 Post back with the results and we'll take it from there

How the hell did you know I'm fat?!? Big boned, actually.

I was going to run memtest tonight, but some more info what that I forgot. After BSOD, reboot and windows would not start because it thought the boot drive was missing (or something to that effect). Reboot and it worked.

I think I'm, going to rebuild from scratch after flashing the SSD firmware to the latest (someone told me that might be the problem). I was trying to put off a rebuild until me new case turned up, but what the hell. Don't need sleep anyways.

  Hay big bones!..........Well one stick down, three to go!..........it really is important to knock the memory out of the "What The FA" loop.

  Now I know a bit more.........excellent time to tinker with firmware (SSD) and such to get all the bits ready for the final build.......if you are having constant issues (a couple) a good idea is forget the case for now and set it up on an old towel.....makes it a breeze to work on till you get it fired up with no issues.........I'm up to my third final build and second final install .......The only other thing you'll need for this is an on/off switch (Buy/make)

  F4 with no dump is a sign from the PC god!........"probably" Memory....a good place to start anyway!

Well, cracked the sh##s and rebuilt mobo with new ram, 16gb of it, flashed SSD's to latest firmware and moved things about. So far so good. Was getting a complaint from NEC USB3 hub about power surges, even though there were no devices plugged in, so flashed firmware of that.

Seems to be happy at the moment, no problems to speak of.

Will let you all know if it BSODs again.

 Thanks for coming back with a "Fixed It"..........Renesas drivers can be really fussy when installing, just make sure you rip out every instants of the old drive with a re-boot for good measure before installing the newie.
