GA-EP45-DS3L LEDs Blinking

Schwartz:
I just got a GA-EP45-DS3L setup and it seems to be working fine but I have a question about the LEDs. I have the power and message LEDs connected and they both blink on and off in unison. The system isn't sleeping and is active running Windows. What is it trying to tell me?
