There is something wrong with the touchpad. It will mute your volume constantly. It's incredibly annoying, this is a common problem. Gigabyte has refused to acknowledge me through countless e-mails, phone calls and forum posts over the past 2 weeks. I returned the piece of s*** keyboard a few days ago for one that doesn't mute my speakers constantly. I normally wouldn't make a post like this, but I've never experience worse customer service in my life (maybe Comcast is a bit worse). So if you've bought this model keyboard, please return it, there is no fix that I know of ,at least not one anyone from Gigaybyte feels like sharing. I can't speak for any other model of keyboard but the Aivia k8100 is awful, return it or better yet, don't buy one.

But it comes with the side effect that your touch panel doesnt work anymore, so Im not sure if its worth it. Personally I dont need the touchpad anyway and the rest of the keyboard is very good. But its still a bad mistake by Gigabyte.
