Once again, as per my previous post:
http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,6010.msg47412.html#msg47412please read above for details, from a previous post with the SAME issues, it's very tiring to constantly re-explaining everything !
Of course now it's a different MB ->GA-MA78MLT-S2 rev.3.4 <- (I just bought this yesterday -LoL).
But anyway, ..., that's right, if I disable in "BIOS" under "PC Health Status" ->
"CPU Warning Temerature", then not only does the stoopid incessant beeping stop, but also, my CPU usage goes from an erratic 50% back down to a nominal 1%, ?!!! -nice and fast again.
So what gives Gigabyte,

and no, I'm not buying a $200+ MB, or a $600 UD9* just to fix it.

This is most obviously now a coding problem with your BIOS, as I'm sure these aren't the only (Gigabyte) Motherboards with this issue.
It's been way too long now, so plz just FIX IT (Gigabyte) !!, a Ticket to repair these BIOS issues is coming your way.
And this time, if you, once again, fail to face / FIX this issue, then for the same money, I'll go elsewhere, (aka asus, biostar, msi, ...), and thus avoid your negligence.
This is OBVIOUSLY NOT a Windows,.... issue, it's a definite problem with your BIOS, and no, I'm not using any Beta-BIOS either, although I did try "YOUR" recommended-standard F12, F13, and F14 bios updates on this board, and they ALL gave the same bad results.
Thankyou.
Rick.
