Quick question about the Ga-M68MT-S2 (rev 3.1).
I sent tech support an email about this but figured I might get a faster response here.
I recently received a Ga-M68MT-S2 (rev 3.1) board as part of a pre-built system. I'm looking at upgrading the RAM to DDR3 1600, probably the GSkill Ripper series.
The users manual states that max supported memory is 16GB.
Online documentation at Gigabyte says it's 8 GB. The provided list of supported memory does not list any 8GB sticks.
Does anyone know what the actual max is? Is it 8 or 16?
