Hi KambuiSoldier, Welcome to forum
Just because I am not sure about your mounting system, like How to....
Check if you have connected good cable on motherboard. Check all cable and connection. Use a manual guide PSU or Motherboad... if needed.
By exemple, do not get confused between the 4-pin cable for the supply of the motherboard. And 4-8 pin cable for the use of CPU.
If a cable is ok, good, and in a respective place on the motherboard...
Maybe check if you keep only one stick of RAM... if you have a same problem...
Try this only one stick of Ram in each Bank. Have you a same problem?
If yes change stick of Ram for another stick and repeat a procedure.
Another points :
==========
Just check if you have a dust or very small pieces of paper or something else, like hair, etc.. In the memory sockets.
Take a flash light if need.
Sometimes inappropriate connections can caused this situation with the memory.
Check carefully that your cables (IDE, SATA, for example) are good and connected properly.
Sometimes the pins or contacts of the sockets or cables are damaged.
So the transmission of DATA (or electric current) goes wrong or nothing.
Otherwise I suggest you apply the following instructions (quote from Dark Mantis) ...

Hi
...
Have you got the BIOS updated to the l;atest version ?
Try clearing the CMOS before installing the GPU. follow these instructions exactly.
Remove the power cable from the mains supply and then press the power switch on the case for a few seconds just to drain any residual energy in the PSU capacitors.
Once done remove the motherboard battery for at least one hour before replacing it.
Next plug back into the mains supply and boot.
You will now need to enter the BIOS by pressing DEL and load Optimised BIOS Defaults.
Make any other changes to the BIOS settings to suit your self like disabling the floppy drive, disabling the full screen logo and making the HDD the primary boot device and then press F10 to save and exit.
