Normaly in windows use a Device Manager...
But he exist others softwares...
Please completely remove older version driver first with :
Drivers sweeper :

Use Windows search function for find it.
and restart the computer.
So Remove all drivers about your sound card.
When the cleaning of computer is finish and ok, you have a possibility to Enabled Onboard sound in Bios.
