GA-990FXA-UD7 giving error C1 with FX-8350 Vishera

Hello,

I'm getting a "C1" error when I try to run FX-8350 Vishera chip.

GA-990FXA-UD7 v1.1
F10 Bios (set to default)
Corsair Vengeance Blue 16gb (all four slots filled) DDR3 1600 (CML8GX3M2A1600C9B)

Any ideas please.


Note: My old AMD Phenom II 980 works just fine.

UPDATE:
I put the Vishera chip back in and now it works with the same set up. 

I'm guessing the BIOS still needs more debugging done.
