Hi everyone,
I am new to the world of overclocking.  I have a very basic understanding of the foundation principles in overclocking, just not a lot of practice at it.
Basically, I am looking for a guide, or some instructions, on a safe, stable overclock for my i5-2500k.   I was hoping for 4.2-4.5 Ghz.  Power saving is no issue, as the power is paid for by someone else

My system specs are:
CPU:  i5-2500k
RAM  8GB Kingston Hyper-X DDR3-1600 (2 x 4GB dual channel)
OS:  Windows 7 Pro 64bit
HDD:  (Boot and OS) OCZ Vertex 3 60GB SSD   (Apps and Games)  Western Digital Sata 3 500GB
M/B:  Gigabyte Z68M-D2H
CPU Cooler:  Cooler Master V6GT
Case Cooling:  6 x 120mm Cooler Master fans
Video Card:  Sapphire Radeon 6950 2GB Toxic Edition (factory overclocked, vapor cooled)
Any advice, as to settings would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
