bios for GV-N560SO-1GI ?

Hello first of all my english sucks and iam noob at bios stuf, so pls be patient with me ...obviously iam here because of battlefield3, i have this card http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3729&dl=1#driver and i heard some guys fixed it by flashing new bios on it...i have already instaled all i found on that site, seems like Easy Boost is right program BUT can u pls tell me where i can found bios for it? It always says  "Flash bios file fail!" no matter what file i use (i tryed files for similiar cards too)...u see i dont really care if i destroy it or not..i cant have my money back and also i cant obviously sell it since its not working properly and i have it only for bf3 which i cant play on it, this is my last chance so PLS help me find right file for it. I saw u guys really care about forum here so...i hope we can fix this ty for at least reading this.

edit: You will probably want to know why i think problem is in card...when i downclock it by 10mhz to 990 and 2280 then it works fine and iam able to do it like puppet EVERYtime i start my pc but only difference is its not crashing in 5 minutes but in hour..and its not enough xD
Of course i can be wrong.

You didn't say exactly which version of the card you have but that said I don't think I can help you anyway as none of the cards on our website seem to have any new firmware available.

hello Mantis, thanks for answer.

I was so afraid u will tell me that, i have core on 1000mhz so i guess its not that with 950 in name. They cant help me there but ok i will try it :- / is there at least chance there are those cards with different serial number and with different bios? I did backup and i know i have GV-N560SO-1GI.F3 so can i found there guy with GV-N560SO-1GI.F4 for example?
Ok, so...i go to make post on cz forum now also order me some fancy ati and make advertisement to sell this one.
Funny thing on this all is before this one i had gtx260 which stoppped working after 2 years giving me incredible artefacts in games, before that i had ati hd4870 which was crashing in stalker and also i found out on forums i need new bios and while flashing it crashed and since then that ati is just sitting on my shelf, thats how lucky iam!!
