I've just ordered a 4pin pwm adapter, cost a fiver.. plugging it into my cpu fan header, going to power my 2 cpu fans off it and 3 case fans.. should do the trick, will update if it's sorted and it can help anyone in future.
P.S I think the standard Noctua NH D14 fans are waaaay too loud in my honest opinion, replacing those tomorrow
