Yes that is normal, it shows on every board on every bootup, it's the CPUID Microcode patch information showing what CPU is installed.

Ya, = no problems there!   It's just CPU information, if you change CPU the CPUID ID and patch code ID will change too.

Are you asking how to turn on (Enable) full screen boot logo, so a gigabyte picture shows on boot-up, instead of the screen you posted an image of?   If so, you need to enable Full Screen Logo in the Advanced BIOS Features page.
