Hi and welcome.
I really wouldn't hold out much hope for either of these boards getting a makeover for the BIOS to update it to UEFI to be honest. It is always possible but I think that Gigabyte has more than enough to do to keep up with the latest boards and their new UEFI implimentation. I can't see any retrograde changes being made. Sorry.
