GA-E7aum-DS2H "smart fan control" not working

Hi there. Both my sys and cpu fan runs at 100% all the time. It seems that they take order from no one. The fans are connected by 3 pin connection (Red  Yellow Black).
I checked bios - PC health state and smart fan control is set to auto.
I use easy tune 6   - "smart options"

But no action reduce any fan speed ever.
What to do?

Hmmm... no replys. It seems that I have to answer my own question: Well  I was overclocking the DDR2 memories. That fact made the fan control go for 100% inspite of setting (all according to GB support.).
