No beep, 2nd cpu, GA-Z68XP-UD3P

==Problem==

No POST, no beep, no video, only cpu fan and constant rainbow phase lights. This is the 2nd CPU I've put in this board with the same issue. Yes, I have a speaker plugged into the board. I've tried removing the memory, one at a time, no luck, no beep. Also, removing the GPU. Also, building it outside the case. I am not plugging in drives or other peripherals. Please help.

==System==

GA-Z68XP-UD3P rev. 1.3
Intel Core i5-2320 3.0 GHz
Corsair TX750 750 W supply
4x2 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 PC1600
EVGA GeForce 9800 GT 512 MB

Glad you got it sorted i have had that happen with that same exact PSU. Luckly i had a 650 spare so put that into it until i got the RMA PSU back.  Good rule of thumb is to always check PSU first and foremost then memory.
