GV-N580UD-15I (rev 2.0) games crashing & blackscreen

Recently got an RMA replacement from Gigabyte, finally got a chance to install the new card this weekend.

Installed the latest drivers started playing Alan Wake, within 2 mins game crashes/freezes, the game crashes to white or black screen. I then need to reset the system for it to work again.

I have tested with the following games & drivers. All the test gave me the same result.

Batman: Arkham City
Metro 2033
Drift 3
Alan Wake

have also tried the following drivers & got the same result.

285.62 WHQL
290.53 Beta
295.73 WHQL

I have also downclocked the card to standard GTX580 settings with same result.

My System Spec:
i7 920
24GB RAM
Win 7 x64
Corsair HX1050.

Is my card faulty?
Is there a new BIOS out for this card?
Is there a fix for my issue?

Voltage is the problem more that likely, I have the same card and it will not complete Unique benchmark without artifacting  and then crashing. If you search Unique Heaven Appcrash you will see what they are saying about OC'ing and voltage, I got it to run thru a complete benchmark by lowering the CORE clock to 750 MHz.

My crashing and voltage issues appear to be fixed, I flashed to the latest BIOS - F33 now card is running fine at stock 795MHz.

Card came with the f32 BIOS.
