Hi

Generally using a fast SSD on the Intel SB ICH10R chip ports will be the best solution for you. The Crucial M4 or the Intel will not be miles apart and I doubt whether either will provide a noticeable difference on this motherboard.

I was advising choosing either the Crucial or the Intel SSDs.

If you want to pay more you can get much better speed by using a PCIE card instead of a SSD. Have a look at OCZ's RevoDrives the x3 is especially fast but even the X2 is still speedy and will knock spots off a SSD.
