Z68X-UD3H-B3 Freezes

Hello

I am having trouble with my new computer i bought 4 weeks ago, here is the system i run:

GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 v1.3
i5 2500K @ 3.3 Ghz no OC
2x4Gb Gskillz PC12800 9-9-9-24
Msi GTX 570 Twin Frozor II OC
Creative Xfi-Xtrem Music
Samsung Spinpoint 1To *2
Samsung Spinpoint 325Go
Power Corsair TX750M

I experience a lot of freezes (nothing works, mouse keyboard) and i only can do a hard reboot.

I have the latest drivers for graphic card, motherboard, and sound card.

I have made a stress test with OCCT for the GPU and found no errors.
I also ran Memtest 86+ for 5 passes and no errors were found.
My first freeze was playing BF3 2 hours after having installed the game
I have found the system freezes more often when playing games, but sometime it freezes a day when i have not played any games

I tried to change the timing ram as on auto it was not the correct one in the bios, it is 9-9-9-24 and on the bios it says 11-11-11-28.
I switch on expert and change the ram timing, but after a while i had a message on booting saying boot failure because of overclocking, and the timing were back again on 11-11-11-28.

So i don't know what to do.

Is there some tests i can try to find where does the problem come from.

Thank you in advance
