How come you are so sure it s the chipset temp shown there ?!
Often the readings of those sensors don t tell you exactly what is happening.
Having in mind the reading it could be the VRM temperature ,but it can also be some bogus info. 85 Celsius would be normal for that area.
Looking at the prints you ve posted i also see your CPU has 11 Celsius
,unless you are using the PC in a frigorific chamber i doubt it s real.
If the system has no BSOD-s in full stress you should not worry about the readings.
Usually the BIOS shows more accurate info regarding this readings.
You could also touch the chipset heatsink and see if it really burns.
