I recently completed a new computer with a GA-Z77X-UD5H motherboard, with Windows 7 Pro OS. I attached an Iomega USB-2 HD and I was able to access it normally. I then installed a second optical drive and attached a second external USB-2 HD. Now Windows recognizes the Iomega as new hardware but shuts it down after a few seconds with a message that the device was malfunctioning. The Iomega still works normally with another computer. I have tried connecting the Iomega to either of 2 front USB-3 ports and to several different rear USB ports. How might I be able to get the Iomega to again work with the new computer? All but 1 of the externally accessible USB ports are in use.
