No sound from front jacks of casing

Hi, i am not able to get sound output from front jacks, my motherboard is h67ma-usb3-b3.The back jacks have no problem,there is sound only from the back jacks.i even tried to change the casings still same problem. can somebody please suggest what to do?

Hi and welcome.

The obvious first step is to check inside the computer and make sure that the ports are actually connected up and to the right pins on the motherboard. Usually it will say AC97 or something similar.

If everything is ok with the wiring have a look in the Audio Manager section of the Control Panel. Make sure that the front ports are enabled. Sometimes they are set to be silent when the rear ports are connected or something like that.

If you are still having problems with this please post your hardware relative to the problem and your OS.
