How to boot via USB to install Windows under UEFI

It seems that there is a certain key combo (like SHIFT F11) or something to use to get into boot mode to  enable UEFI installs? I seem to remember that I would see my normal USB then also a UEFI version of it. Can anyone tell me what that magic key combo is?

When booting up just press ALT + F12.
