ga-78lmt-s2p blue screen on shut down issue... On/Off Charge Technology.

I have a new ga-78lmt-s2p (Athlon II X2 Dual Core 260 3.2 GHz CPU) for my little miss to play games on with Win 7... every thing worked fine until she shut down windows... at this point the computer would crush to blue screen and reboot.

To cut a long story short I figgered out that uninstalling the gigabyte "On/Off Charge Technology" ver1.3 software has fixed the issue... just an FYI for any one else having the same issue.
