Need help Bios identifiying motherboard (GA-990FXA-UD7)

Hi

Can anyone tell me if Bios rev 1.1 is compatible with AMD FX 8150 CPU

I need advice on this as the current bios version compatible with the AMD FX series CPU is known as F4 I believe the version Numbers go up, however the website doses not show the rev version number of the bios which does not really help.

I suspect Bios Rev 1.1 to be F6 or F7 here s the link

ok rev 1.1 is the style of motherboard they might come out with a rev 2.0 and so on. You use rev to get the correct download if you have rev 1.1 then dont download from rev 1.2 and so on pick the right rev then go to downloads to get right bios.
so you need F4 bios to run that chip or higher. If you have rev 1.1 then install latest bios for it to run right anything above  F4 will work hope this helps.

Rev # is on motherboard then you click on your link pick right rev and then pick the bios you need.
