Z77M-D3H Freeze a few secounds (5-6) with Loop Sound

Hi guys, i have an 2500K with Z77M-D3H, 16GB of RAM, and when using the PC  every a few minutes i get the PC Freezed.

I checked memory and are OK, remove all frmo the PC, just have 1 memorystick, updated bios to F9, then try the beta f10, f11 and still getting the same error.

Sometimes the loop never end and i need to reboot the PC.

Really dont know what to do.

Checked a lot of things, imposible to get it stable.

Tried
Enable / Disable - EIST, CPU Termal Prot, C3/C6
CBlck to 100.1, 100.01, 100.5

Using Windows 7, Windows 8.

looks like ntoskrnl is the problema, when the PC Freeze the CPU goto 20% used by ntoskrnl.

Have you checked to see what programs or services you have got running in the background ? Things like antivirus, disk checking, indexing etc

Try turning off DEP as well at least to check.
