Virtualization with server 2008R2 hyper-v not working properly on GA-78LMT-S2PT

virtualization technology is enabled on BIOS, i have added the hyper-V role in windows server R2, then added new machine in hyper-v console but when i am going to start the new machine it does not start and the message is "COULD NOT INITIALIZE". I have purchasecd the computer some days ago mainly for this purpose. PLS help.

BUT hyper-v is working fine on ASUS  motherboard which is 2-3 years old.
