Hey guys, i'm looking to finally upgrade my Gigabyte 560 SOC GTX, i just wanted to ask as i'm looking to order today, will that card make much of a differece:

Spec roughly is intel 3770k, 16gb ram, OCZ SSD and 22" monitor, thank you for any advice, also if anyone has the card, do the fans run at idle 30 or 40% had so many issues trying to ask gigabyte to reduce them to 30% just wanted to see if they paid any attention and droped them to 30.
