I have bought a GA Motherboard. Following are its specs:

Micro-ATX Form Factor
LGA 1155 Socket Type
Intel B75 Express Chipset
4 Memory Slots
Maximum 32 GB DDR3
Dual Channel DIMM Memory
1 HDMI Ports

Now, I want to buy a processor which should be compatible with this motherboard. I am interested in the following processors:

1) Intel 3.3 GHz LGA 1155 Core i5-2500 Processor. Specs:

4 Cores
32 nm Manufacturing Process
3.3 GHz Clock Speed with Maximum Turbo Speed of 3.7 GHz
LGA 1155 Socket Type
Desktop Processor
64-bit Architecture

My questions are:

Que1) Is my motherboard compatible with the above processors like Socket Type and 32 nm manufacturing process?

Que2) My motherboard does not support K type processors. Does this mean that, the K type processor does not even work with this motherboard or I just wont be able to overclock it?

Que3) With a good graphic card, would I be able to overclock?
