GA-Z77X-UD5H New Build - No BIOS Setup

I completed a new build with all new components.  When I power on, the startup screen appears, but DEL, F9, and F12 have no effect.  CTRL-ALT-DEL goes back to a black screen, indicating there is some response to the keyboard.  I tried 2 different keyboards, plugged into a rear USB-2 port.  Debug codes show either 68 or AE.  I don't know which BIOS version I have, since I can't get into BIOS setup; but the MB was just purchased.  How can I get into setup?

Monitor: Dell LCD - attached to MB VGA port (also tried DVI)
Keyboard: Logitech USB (also tried a friend's keyboard of another brand) - in rear USB2
Mouse: Logitech USB - in rear USB2
OS: Windows 7 Professional - not yet installed

When you power on start tapping the DEL key to get inot Bios. Then when you are in there set to load optimised default save and exit. Then you can adjust your settings like voltages etc. Good Luck.

Try an older PS2 keyboard and see if that works.
 Some newer boards seem to have issues at boot with USB keyboards.

The motherboard has no PS2 port.  I have tried a new Logitech MK120 and an old Dell keyboard in both rear USB2 and both front USB3 ports.  When I turn on the power, the Monitor displays the Gigabyte startup screen while connected to the DVI-D port on the motherboard or the GPU.  While the startup screen is showing, the debug code is 62.  Pressing DEL, F9, F12, or End has no effect.  CTRL-ALT-DEL produces a black screen and a rapid sequence of debug codes, then it cycles back to the startup screen after a few seconds.  Earlier this AM the CTRL-ALT-DEL produced a black screen with an M on the left side and a flashing cursor on the right.  Additional key presses just produced additional M characters a few lines down the screen.

I solved the problem by removing the GPU card.  I then was able to start BIOS setup from the spash screen, update the BIOS with QFlash, and install Windows.  I reinstalled the GPU, and the computer works normally now.  When I connected the Ethernet cable I had only 86 Windows updates to be installed.
