OK I'm from "old school" tech, I am "self-learned" and do and can build machines (PC). I am not ignorant but these new systems I am an apprentice still. I am concerned about the FSB ratio. Given the information I've shared what should be the correct FSB Ratio? Right now everything in timings, in BIOS is in "auto". If I can SAFELY tweak it manually I would be most thankful for some info.

By default all is ready to use as per AMD specifications.
Because your CPU is factory locked CPU Multiplier wise (opposed to Phenom 2 BE) you can only tweak one setting to achieve higher clocks.
The so called wrongly FSB.
It s not really FSB it s HTT .
This is called overclocking and will void warranty.
You are able to increase the HTT from 200 up.
By increasing this value you will increase the CPU clock ,RAM speed and the HT Link speed in same time.When you will hit a wall for one of this values you will have an unbootable system requiring clear CMOS.
CPU clock =HTT X CPU Multiplier
HT Link=HTT X HT Multiplier
RAM speed =HTT X Memory Multiplier
To avoid RAM limitation you should drop the memory multiplier to achieve lower RAM speeds.
By default your system is ready to play .

I ve played a lot with Athlon 6400+ and Phenom 2 memory timings and never achieved to much performance without secondary effects in stability or data corruption.
The only timing that will bring more performance is the Command Rate tweak , but if the memory or the memory controller doest want it at 1T you will have to Clear CMOS.
Having in mind the amount of memory modules you will NOT be able to tweak that one too.
The memory banks are full in your case ,you are using all slots ,so no memory tweak is possible due to the memory controller limitations.
I would be surprised to see your memory amount pass Memtest as it is at 1333 Mhz.
As you can see the motherboard already down clocked the RAM to keep stability.Maybe try the 1066Mhz(533Mhz)

Nevermind you are already at 1066Mhz. :) from what the bios picture shows.

It s not the board ,it s the way things work regarding HTT tweaks on the Athlon CPU-s :)
On the other hand with an overclocking board you can achieve even 250 HTT speeds (with Phenoms).
Calculate the CPU resulting speed having in mind the Phenom 2 ability to let you tweak the CPU Multiplier.With small HT Link Multi and Memory devider drops imagine what you get in CPU speeds.
RAM wise it s the AMD memory controller limitation.You can achieve 1333Mhz with 2 identical RAM modules only ,in dual channel ,2 slots taken.

Change the memory setting from auto to manual and your ram will run at 1333mhz and use the SPD timings. The manual settings should match the SPD list.
Once back in windows, the FSB ratio will be back to normal.
