Ok what TB fix are you talking about? The board can support 2TB HDD on the orange SATA ports and as for the PCI-e 2.0 fix there really isn’t  one however PCI-e 2.0 cards will work fine in that board  anyway.

Do you see them listed on boot up? You could try seeing if they get listed if you set your SATA RAID / AHCI Mode to AHCI or/and SATA Port0-3 Native Mode to enable in the BIOS.

Are they in the orange SATA ports? Is the SATA limit jumper off for SATA2 support?

Have you tried them in another computer?

Tried other SATA cables or tested them? Using SATA power cables and not adapter and tested to be working with other HDD?

You're not trying to set them up as a RAID array are you?

If you want the manual just use the one from Gigabyte's website:
http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/download-center.aspx?kw=GA-965P-DS4
The jumper he was referring to is on the HDD. Have you formatted the drives?

Where did you get scsi from? The HD103UJ from Samsung are SATAII.

Don't worry that it is picked up as scsi. Is this a new disk or one you've used before? For some reason which I don't pretend to know drives are often picked up as scsi.

No worry it should not be picked up as scsi if on the orange SATA ports the purple ports might list it as scsi but I said three times now use the orange SATA ports.
