I built a PC earlier this year using a EP45-DS3R MOBO, Quad Core Intel Q6660, 4 gb Corsair RAM, 1 GB Samsung Spinpoint HDD & Matrox Millennium P690 PCIe Graphics Card.
I'm running (or was running) Windows XP Professional SP2.
Everything was fine until one day last week I turned the machine back on and it just kept cycling - showing the splash screen and then restarting - never got to POST screen.
I have tried disconnecting everything from the MOBO (incl Hard Disks, floppy/CD Drives) & also tried a different Graphics card that I know works.
I also removed CMOS battery overnight. Still no joy. It never gets to the POST screen so I can't do anything with it.
I swapped the Hard Disks to another PC (with Gigabyte GA P35 S3G MOBO) and everything works (once I'd installed drivers).
Help!! Does anyone have any ideas?

Try testing your PSU in other machine. Or running a memtest on your memory modules :)

Thanks
Will try a PSU and memory modules I am certain are working...
