Greetings and salutations
I finally put together my new pc last night.
Specs: CPU Intel 3770k with Corsair Hydro100i
Ram Kingston 32gb
MB: Z77x0-UD5H Wifi
PSU: Corsair 1200w
GPU: Asus 660ti
SSD: Sandisk 128 x2
HDD: WD Blue 1tb x3
Problem: I get no signal to my new monitor (Samsung S24B300). I tried all type of cables and connections from the gpu to my monitor + from the onboard gpu. Nothing changed. The symbol of either analog or dvi appears on the upper left corner and then blank screen.
Other Indications: I noticed that my bios leds are blinking, one at a time. MB has two bios in case something goes wrong but it is not normal for them to blink and not be steady as either primary or secondary bios.
What I have tried: a) Tried to run the pc without any ram/hdds/gpu
b) tried the above after i had reset bios/cmos
c) tried to manually switch from primary bios to secondary
I am a bit frustrated with all this mess. Any ideas or suggestions?

No beeps?
Try running this setup and see if you can reach the bios page
Motherboard, PSU, a stick or ram and the processor, no video card and boot drives. Use integrated graphics for now.
Check each ram slot and stick one working ram to each until it boots until bios page.

No beeps at all
Used the setup you proposed. no bios whatsoever

remove Asus 660ti to check.
use 16Gb memory not 32GB to check first.

Hmmm.. but there was an indication that it was powered? Have you tried clearing CMOS? remove the CMOS battery for a few seconds and plug it back in.
Check the power cables or perhaps use a different PSU
