Title: Gigabyte UD5H Ram OC problem
Post by: alegelos on February 09, 2013, 05:37:57 pm
PC:
Mobo: Gigabyte UD5H
CPU: 3770k
Ram: GSkill 2400mhz cl10

CPU-Z data: http://valid.canardpc.com/2687165 (http://valid.canardpc.com/2687165)

My problem:
Bios ignore the ram multiplier i set. Cant OC my ram, it always run at 1333mhz cl9.

I did none OC to CPU, just raise the ram mutiplier to x24 (and lower), also try ram profiled 1 and 2. All timing and volts are shown right. But none of them take effect. After reboot Bios show ram working at 1333mhz and windows same with CPU-Z.

Any help pls?

After i change to the OTHER Bios (with the switch), now it change the ram speed.

BUT:
1- Cant boot from my Raid 0 (Win 8 )   No raid0 in boot options :S
2- Ram wont boot at 2000mhz or higher (with 1.65v and all correct timings)

Solved

CPU-Z (http://"http://valid.canardpc.com/2687626")

Disable the Fast Boot option. And just put Profield 2 with 2400mhz and T1, all volt and timing did automatic

Very thanks for the help.
