Please Help.
I have new ga f2a85x-d3h board, amd a6-5400k cpu and kingston khx1600c9d3/4g memory.
Mi memori work only on 1333MHz, how to set up to work on 1600MHz??

The APU is limiting the maximum speed your RAM can achieve.
If i am not mistaking the cheaper APU-s do 1333 Mhz maximum opposed to the top dogs from A10 APU series that can go even 2000 Mhz +.

You should of paired a better APU with that motherboard to take advantage of the RAM speed.

Technically speaking memory adjustments are made  in the BIOS/UEFI where some settings should be present to adjust the RAM speed.
If it s UEFI i can t tell you exactly where you find the setting as i am not using UEFI on any of my boards.
