Hey guys
I just upgraded a PC with a F2A88XM-D3H and an A8-7600 tiny little 65W cpu.
My problem is, no matter what I set in the bios the fan & fan speed don't seem to vary much. It's quite noisy.
It's pretty darn cool, too. If I set it manual lowest setting, it's still around 2600 RPM or so. This seems too fast to me.
On MAX it runs about 3500 RPM and is just barely perceptibly louder. I think I need to be able to turn this down some more.
Can anyone comment?
thx

This right from their web site: Whether the fan speed control function is supported will depend on the cooler you install.
What heat sink & fan are you using. Does it have a 4 pin plug or 3 pin plug. What are the temps?
