Hi guys.
Really just wanted a quick question. After ruling out most of the other components I cant get my GA-Z87-D3HP and i7 4771 to POST. It powers up briefly then powers off again and restarts (no sounds/lights or anything from onboard video). My motherboard is revision 1.0, is there a fault or does the motherboard not have the latest BIOS to support the CPU (and would this for certain cause the issue described).
What can I do about it if this is the case. I don't have another 1150 socket CPU and I shouldn't have to buy one. Can Gigabyte replace the motherboard since it is brand new?
Thanks!

Are you by any chance using all 4 DIMM slots? Because there is an issue with that board that prevents all 4 slots from being used in 99% of builds, even if the memory checks out 100% good. I'm just guessing but If by chance you are using all the slot try removing 2 sticks.
