Hello guys, I bought a GA-Z77X-UP5 TH WIFI a few weeks ago and have assembled my computer. I have two Samsung 840 Pro hard drives.
Now the XHCI Mode is set to Auto and SATA Mode selection is AHCI.
If i go to Boot order only once both hard drives show up. However now I see only P0:Samsung Pro 840. I also see 2 UEFI:Samsung Pro 840 OPTIONS.
I don't see P1:Samsung Pro 840. Please advise. thank you

you can go to hard drive bbs priority to check
-
Do we need to do that even for SSD's.
Also why does it appear intermittently? Does the Win7 install do something to cause this?
Can you please guide me how to do the bbs thing?

Like most other forums this one sucks. I can't believe someone does not know the answer. Just another crap place where no one wants to help.

it's just below the boot option priority.
go to hard drive BBS prioirity to check if all you hdd are detected.
Hard Drive/CD/DVD ROM Drive/Floppy Drive/Network Device BBS Priorities
Specifies the boot order for a specific device type, such as hard drives, optical drives, floppy disk drives, and devices that support Boot from LAN function, etc. Press <Enter> on this item to enter the submenu that presents the devices of the same type that are connected. This item is present only if at least one device for this type is installed.
