i have a gtx560 ti soc-950Mhz version and when the card is stressed and the 3rd green led is on or the next ones it makes a strange noise like a buzz like a coil whine. Is that normal? oh and the ventilator on the left is not stable and make a noise and loses speed then gaining it back then the noise again and speed loss and so on. this happens from 50% and above fan speed. the max temperature i got was 78 degrees celsius at 82% fan speed.

Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
The temperatures you are getting would seem normal enough but it does sound from your description as if the card might be faulty. I would suggest you return it to your retailer for an RMA.

Ok. thanks for your advice but do you have any idea what is that buzz, is it an electrical problem? The results i get in games and benchmarks are the same like on the internet.

Well it is hard to say without seeing and hearing the card but I think you might well be somewhere near the truth when you mentioed coil whine. It could be several of the components on the board but it doesn't really matter which as far as you are concerned.

so if it is a coil whine what damage can this thing can produce? can it damage anything else?
-
If it is coil whine it doesn't damage anything , apart from your nerves! It is purely an unpleasent noise.

Ok, thank you very much for your answers

You are very welcome and best of luck in getting it RMAed. Enquire from your retailer how to go about it.
